PI Levels (per ticker)
The app's levels on your own chart: type a ticker, paste the script.
Chart overlay · Any timeframe · Any name the desk covers
PI Levels puts the desk's own levels for a specific name onto your TradingView chart. You type the ticker, the app generates a script carrying the levels it computed after the close, and you paste it into the Pine Editor. The chart then shows the same map the desk is working from.
Generate your script
Members type a ticker and get a paste-ready script with the app's levels for that name.
What it shows
- Support and resistance from the name page, drawn on your TradingView chart.
- The volume value area (VPOC, VAH and VAL) as a shaded band.
- A legend table with the levels and the data date.
How it reads the market
Same numbers as the name page here, one source. Levels refresh after each market close; re-generate the script when you re-plan a trade.
When to use it, and when not to
It earns its place when
- You chart in TradingView and want the app's levels there instead of in another tab.
- You are planning a trade on a name and want its levels drawn before the open.
- You want your chart and the desk to agree on where the lines are.
Leave it off the chart when
- The data has not refreshed since the last close. Old levels on a chart look exactly as authoritative as current ones.
- You are trading a name the desk does not cover.
- You want a signal. This draws the map; the decision stays yours.
Common questions
How do I get the levels onto my chart?
Type the ticker, generate the script, copy it, then open the Pine Editor in TradingView, paste, and click Add to chart. It takes about twenty seconds and needs no Pine knowledge.
How often do the levels update?
After each close. Re-generate the script when you re-plan, since the pasted version is a snapshot of the moment you generated it and does not refresh on its own.
Do I need a paid TradingView plan?
No. The Pine Editor and custom scripts work on the free tier. The limit you may hit there is the number of indicators per chart, not the ability to paste this one.
Why paste a script instead of using an invite-only indicator?
Because the levels are specific to one ticker at one date. An invite-only script computes from the chart in front of it; this carries the desk's numbers with it, which is a different job.
